1. Consultation
We begin with arranging on-site meeting to look over the site’s possibilities which then allows us to develop the design brief. During this consultation phase we will explore your budget and lifestyle needs to ensure we deliver the best possible solution for you.
2. Sketch
After the initial consultation the design brief is refined and an estimate of the time your design and plans will take to complete is used to provide a fee proposal.
This is then forwarded to you for your approval.
3. Design
Once you have approved the fee proposal your site is measured and rough sketch plan with 3D renderings, showing initial concepts are produced.
We will work closely with you to help you decide which concept you wish to adopt.
4. Documentation
LANDSCAPE PLAN
Using the accepted Concept Sketch Design the Landscape Plan is drafted and includes all required dimensions, construction details, levels and material specifications
PLANTING PLAN
The Planting Plan is then developed to determine plant species, quantities, sizes, schedules and locations. During this stage we will also liaise with architects and builders to ensure that any structural design elements are met.
5. Project Management
Your new landscape is constructed using our established network of consultants and contractors.
Jamie’s hands-on approach ensures that any last minute changes to design or plant species can easily be implemented.
6. Maintain
A detailed garden maintenance program can be developed by us for you to utilise.
Alternatively this could be developed with one of our recommended landscape maintenance contractors – ensuring your garden investment is thriving and happy.

3D rendering helps you understand your design
See how our 3d modelling can help you create the perfect garden space for your home. One of the major benefits we bring to our clients is the presentation of a 3D, Conceptual Video of the expected landscape or architecture.
This provides the best way to see your creation before work begins. See more of our 3D rendered videos here
